Negative Pressure Double Air Cushion Belt Conveyor

The gas film of the air curshion perfectly supports the belt and conveying materials, with even less air flow. The friction coefficient between belt and the structure is extremely low, leading to low operating and maintenence cost. Compared with conventional equipments, usually the air only needs 1/3-1/4 of tradional type, the motor power reduces 30%-70% accordingly. The negative pressure is always kept in the conveying chamber so there is no dust emission to outside air. Inside the head and tail, there is dust collecting screw conveyor. With this design, it reduces the maintenence labor work of cleaning, the dust accumulation, and smoldering hazards. Special design of the truss assorted with conveyor, efficiently reduces the total investment.
