Belt Conveyor With Belt Cover
With the continuous development of modern technology, the continuous discharging ship (train) machine has been successfully put into use, but it needs to move and unload along the direction of ship (train) box. The conveyor shall feed continuously without fixed point. In this case, the conveyor usually adopts the full-course open work . In the process of work, dust is easy to overflow, which cannot meet the environmental requirements of ports and docks.
Belt conveyor with belt cover is developed to solve the problems such as non-fixed point continuous feeding and dust prevention. Our company innovates on the structure of the original fully closed roller conveyor, single roller conveyor or air cushion conveyor, and replaces the traditional cover plate with covering rubber belt, so as to realize the purpose of continuous feeding.

2.The tape cover is tiled by the supporting plate of on both sides of the conveyor .The tracks of unloading machine are set on both sides of the conveyor .The feeding mechanism shall lift up the cover tap locally, and the unloading machine shall be used to realize continuous and non-fixed feeding.
3.The belt conveyor has good sealing performance, which enables the material to be transported in the sealed space, prevents wind and rain during the unloading process, reduces the influence of weather on the operation, and protects the material.
4.The unloading process can effectively prevent the spillover of dust, reduce environmental pollution, and meet the construction needs of more and more "green ports" and "green storage yards".
Technical Data
The belt conveyor with tape cover is a transformation on the basis of the existing double-air cushion conveyor, idler conveyor and single-idler conveyor.
