DSDC Series of Enclosed Single-roller Belt Conveyor

1. DSDC series  of  enclosed single-roller belt conveyor is a new type belt conveyor. It adopts the dumbbell type idlers instead of the V-type idlers. The idlers and the belts run in the enclosed housing to prevent the dust floating. It is applicable for the places to improve the environmental safety.

2. The head wheel adopts the rubber cover technology. It increases the friction coefficient and prevents from the leather belt skidding and disalignment, enhances the drive efficiency. The  material cleaner is designed in the outlet to ensure that all the conveying materials can be discharged into the head hopper. “V” type cleanser is located in the upper part of the tail return tape for purpose of cleaning the materials on the unloading surface.

3. The tail adopts self-cleaning solid feed recycle device.  It solves the tail material-accumulation problem and fulfills the full-course sealing effect of the equipment.

4. It can adopts an unique enclosed expansion type screw tension mode, fixed guide-rail type gravity tension mode, slide trolley tension mode according to the equipment length and service conditions. It sets tension limit device as well.

5. It is allocated with the safety protection devices such as the inspection door, observation window, dust-collection exhaust inlet, speed detection, anti-blockage, axle temperature detection etc.

Application scope：

It is widely applicable for conveying various horizontal or less than 15° tilt angle granules, flake  materials, the large tonnage or super-long distance, matters conveyance in the food, feed, chemical and other industries .
